Job responsibilities

Requirements 

1, management professional bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of senior management experience, age 35-45 years old.

3. Familiar with manufacturing operating indicators and data, have a deep understanding of marketing, cost management, quality control, lean production

Responsibilities: 

1, responsible for the kitchen oven, oven product design (mainly the appearance and human-computer interaction)

2, responsible for the kitchen electrical industry design project planning and design output; 

3. be responsible for the design and optimization of innovative kitchen ovens and ovens;

4. Promote the implementation of the design to ensure product appearance competitiveness; 

5. Participate in the design strategy and product line planning; 

6, responsible for the application of new technology in products, to ensure the rationality of new product structure, reliability, etc. 

7. Organize, coordinate and follow up the evaluation, trial production, trial production and mass production in each stage of new product development, and solve the technical problems in the process. Requirements: 

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years product design experience, mechanical design, electrical engineering, automation, materials, molds, mechanics and other related majors; 

2. Familiar with CREO, Pro-E, SW, UG, etc. at least 13D design software, familiar with rendering effect, have rich experience in sheet metal hardware design; 

3, engaged in the kitchen small appliances and related product structure design has more than 2 years of work experience, can independently lead the development of new products and new projects 

4, good communication and coordination skills, with user thinking, 

5, understand the line design, familiar with mold structure and product structure, good communication and coordination ability 

6, have a certain sense of responsibility, have a good team spirit.
